BAILEYVILLE - It's bad news for Domtar Inc. pulp and paper millworkers "” but how many no one knows yet "” after company officials announced Monday they would be cutting back on production for the next two months.
Company officials are blaming this latest slowdown on market-related conditions.
"We are going to take some market-related downtime with our paper machine," Domtar spokesman Scott Beal said Monday. "We are going to run 12 days in November, and we are going to run the same in December.
