Well obviously, they're not. But does it really matter? Driving jobs are going to be replaced by robots in a matter of a few years.

When the Japanese were released from internment camps, most weren't able to return to their previous job (positions were filled) and in any case were not really welcome to be hired into "regular" jobs, so what did they do? Most became gardeners, because you can do that without any real qualifications.

So shit, stop waiting to find a job and roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and *make* your own job.

No drug test or criminal background test required.
